Two-year replacement warranty on all bicycle parts, including electrical, should any parts fail due to manufacturing defects.

Shipping

We ship our bikes by courier anywhere in Canada. Bikes are shipped in a standard bike box, 95% assembled. The front wheel needs to be installed. Detailed instructions are provided, as well as a YouTube video link. It is a simple procedure, but some customers do opt to have a local bike shop do this for them.
